Tucson Subaru has set up an impressive Internet Sales Program, well-suited to the out-of-town customer. I was coming from Phoenix and I didn't want to make the trip down only to find that the car was no longer available or the price had changed. Everything was up front and simple.
The team that Trent Nichols, Director of Internet Sales, put together to coordinate the details, whether via email or over the phone, was outstanding. When I arrived the car was in place and ready for a test drive. After a short sit down we were finished. The whole process, start to finish, took only 45 minutes. When I came to pick up the car, I asked him if it needed the alignment or not. He said it did, but since my car was under warranty, Subaru provides one alignment free of charge within the first 20,000 miles. So they simply corrected the alignment at no cost to me.
