They were kind, courteous and had a natural style that makes for a very 'welcoming' experience when purchasing a new vehicle (which can generally be referred to as a 'necessary evil'). The flowers were the icing on the cake by the way. Very nice touch as I've never seen a dealership do that!

     "I had the pleasure of purchasing a Subaru Forester last month.  I knew I had wanted to buy a Subaru, and was hoping to find a gently used, newer model.  It seems not many Subaru owners sell their cars after a short period of time.

    "I dropped off my WRX for 15,000 mile maintenance. Rather than suggest buying things I don't need, Curt gave me the options and answered my questions honestly. I asked specifically to check my alignment and call me if my car needed one, and I'd make the decision at that time, as I wasn't sure if I had the money for an alignment that day. The next phone call I got was Curt saying the car was done.
 
When I came to pick up the car, I asked him if it needed the alignment or not. He said it did, but since my car was under warranty, Subaru provides one alignment free of charge within the first 20,000 miles. So they simply corrected the alignment at no cost to me. Curt's integrity, along with Dan and the rest of the service department is what keeps me coming back."
